I provide continuity of coaching between strength and conditioning and endurance sport technique and skills. Using data and analysis tools, gym equipment and performance pathway standard skills and coaching sessions I create the training plans needed for amateur athletes to achieve age group qualification in endurance sports (cycling, triathlon/multi-sports, running and swimming). My sessions measure personal performance data to map potential and build the correct training plans and technique guidance. I will reduce injuries through personalised plans and realistic targets and provide greater enjoyment and achievement within training and competition with strength and conditioning alongside technique and fitness.
